-oatmeal (1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, splash of milk, tbs of sugar-free homemade apple butter, tsp of chia seeds, tsp of ground flax seeds)
-tea, tea,tea-lots of tea yesterday
-trail mix w/ cheerios, peanuts, died prunes, few almonds
- apple
- lettuce wraps! a few pieces of romaine lettuce with veggie curry and chickpea filling, with a bit of hummus
-2 egg spinach and goat cheese salad
-tea,tea,tea,tea,tea
-small bowl of frozen grapes
no work out except 20 min bike ride to and from work, my legs were STILL sore from Monday's body pump class, crazy!
