Got my Shimano M647 pedals in the mail on Saturday, which I got a great deal on via ebay. They are used but still in great condition. Today, I went out to Nomad Cycles and picked up a pair of Specialized Taho shoes and SPD cleats. Then I went home and installed everything and took a spin around lake merced.

So after the lapse of winter, I've been riding my bicycle a lot again: everyday to and from work and sometimes to various events around town. Yay good weather! No rain forecast so I finally rode my bike to work today and I'm really glad I did. I've been needing to get exercise for a while and the rain has kept me from riding. It was getting so bad that I was contemplating joining a gym, and I hate gyms ( Read more... )
