I swore that I'd get back into writing!

And to help my writing, I'd get back into writing reviews! The last good review I wrote was Fall Out Boy's Believers Never Die Part Deux tour in April, but I skipped a good few shows and since then, I've seen Sum 41, The Offspring at DC 101's Chili Cook-Off, took a trip to Vegas, saw Green Day and now I'm caught up to my Blink shows. Big sigh.

I'm just so unmotivated! I mean, as much as I want to write them, I feel as if- I have the pictures to help me remember and I even took videos, so who cares? lol. I guess I'll still plan to write them- I'm just not in any hurry and I'm not going to stress myself out over writing them. Especially since I start my second year of college on Monday. And besides, I'm behind in writing, but more importantly- I'm behind in my scrapbooking! :( I haven't even finished my FOB show one! And those are WAY more important to me! The last show I even got printed was Sum 41. Not like I have Green Day pictures since GD are strict about their camera policy, which I suppose should motivate me to write the review, but it's just really not, haha. Anyway, I also suppose I just should keep track of my shows, but mainly I just want to focus on, in addition to school, getting my scrapbooks up to date.

What's there to know anyway? DUH, the shows were AWESOME. :D Seeing Green Day right up against the barricade after getting there at 11 am and waiting for 7 hours in line--couldn't ask for anymore! :D The Blink-182 show in Hershey? Also couldn't ask for anything more! It poured rain the entire time, the first band couldn't play so it ended up just being Panic at the Disco, Fall Out Boy and Blink--but that ended up being a perfect billing! Blink-182 were true rock stars--because of all the rain, their whole stage production didn't work, so they went on without lights except, like, main ones, and no video to back up the performances, and no Travis drum solo. But, it was AWESOME. Andddd, honestly, Fall Out Boy was SO great to see as an opener. They seemed much more energetic. :) Especially Patrick! Who is looking fine as hell! ^.^ And by Patrick, I of course mean my little criminal. ^.^ LOL. He hadn't been arrested at the time of my show, obviously, but I still can't get over that he actually was! Anyway, because of the rain and how much fun we had at the show, I definitely give it a "Top 3 concerts" rating, in my book. :)

Since then, I got the chance to see Blink-182 again in Camden, NJ on Thursday. This time, it was with Taking Back Sunday and Weezer, plus I got to see the opener we missed in Hershey--Chester French. I loved getting to see the show with different opening bands, but it made me miss FOB so much because I won't get to see them for another year--at least--since they're taking a well-needed and well-deserved break. Again, awesome show, though. :) I love me some Blink! Especially some Mark Hoppus. :D Top the Hershey show, though? Absolutely not!

What else? Oh yes, got another tattoo. ;) LOVING it! Got it on Wednesday, but it's still sore and swollen. :( But, it's already peeling and scabbing which means it's healing fast. So, YAY. Other than that, like I said, I start school on Monday. Actually looking forward to it. Taking 8 am classes again and taking classes 4-days a week instead of 2-days a week like I did my last two semesters, but I'm excited to get back into the routine, and other than taking Biology, I'm taking some interesting classes- Human Development (a Psych class), Ethics, and another English (writing) course. Tomorrow, I think I'm going to see Blink yet again. :) They're playing Virgin Fest at my fave venue--Merriweather, which is about an hour away. Tickets were free, and while I didn't get them, a friend of mine did, but she can't go, so she's giving hers to me. Seeing Blink a third time in a period of just over two weeks! :D SWEET! lol.

Oh, and I can't post today without wishing a Happy Birthday to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Miss you each day, MJ! RIP. ♥
