It's the most sinusey time of the year.....

Bill and I like to share.  He's quite generous with everything, even his bacterium.  After recovering from a nasty abcess in his tooth, the poor guy had to deal with a sinus infection....which he then shared with me.  Thanks, Babe.  I spent yesterday feeling like I had a non-stop brain freeze, and I didn't even have ice cream to enjoy before hand.  I missed youth group with my teen peeps, and I have to be near death to do that.

Feeling much better today after 36 hours of Advil/Advil Cold and Sinus, sleep, and fluids.  I have even tackled the laundry monster and dusted the great room area, all while teaching C.  (She got yesterday off due to Mom's Sick Day).

Tomorrow the tin and supplies for the roof will arrive.  Bill meant to get started on it this weekend, but then realized he has National Guard drill this weekend. At least they aren't going out of town this time, and he'll be home at night.  I guess the actualy roofing will begin Monday.  (Well, hell's bells....a look at weather.com shows it raining all week).

I am reading a fantastic book on my Kindle Fire.  I had heard all sorts of good things about the series "Game of Thrones," and thought I would give the first book a try.  It is simply magnificent.  I don't have HBO, so I can't speak for the series, but the book has me up late at night seeing what twist will happen next.  I've never been a big fan of fantasy, but there is enough very human love, greed, envy, and treachery to keep me interested.  Also, having just finished World War Z, I can highly recommend it as a very good sociological study on war...any war, not just a zombie war.
