So Relieved that I have a Migraine! Uh...What?

It's not exactly breaking news that The Headbanger is a little strange, so this should come as no surprise.  When I come out of a really stressful time, and I have made sure that everything and everyone is Ok, I often have a kick-butt migraine.  'Cause nothing says  "it's all good" like head-splitting pain and nausea.  Let me 'splain....

This weekend, as you know, we went to Kingsport to visit Mom and Sis.  We got there on Friday night and had a wonderful visit.  On Sat. night we got a call from a woman that is a friend of our neighbors in Bluff City.  She said our neighbor had told her that our house was for rent and wanted to see it.  (We are renting because the seller's market is DEAD in this area).  We met her on Sunday afternoon.  She came with her sister and mom, who will also be renting the house with her.  She LOVED the house, and we went over the lease agreement with her.  She filled out a rental application, and if all works out -- and I think it will -- they will move in on Sept 1.  Between that time and now, we will be making trips to Bluff City to make small repairs and get things ready.  I CANNOT TELL YOU what a load off my mind this will be.  The house was like a big cloud hanging over what has for the most part been a positive move.

So, I'm relieved, and when I'm relieved I tend to relax all at once, and for some reason this triggers a migraine. I never have the migraine during the emergency or stressful time.  I'm rock solid during that.  But when all is clear...bring on the searing spike-in-the-head pain.  So, the first few hours of "It's all good" for me are likely to be "It's all pain."  Almost like a migraine is a good thing in my bizarro world.

In other news, Mom and Sis are doing well, esp. now that Sis has her own place.  I can see how the relationship between the two has changed for the better.

Aunt Jenny is stable and has been taken back to assisted living, much to my surprise.  The staff there say she is no trouble, as she just pretty much wants to stay in bed.  She did get out of bed and fall yesterday, but she was not injured.  She now is to call for a staff member before she tries to get out of bed.  I do not think Jenny will be here for the Holidays, but I've underestimated her tenacity before.

Judas Priest...I was about to post this when I heard a loud THUMP!  C fell in the shower, but is OK.  Apparently she lost her balance turning too quickly.  All is well, and no, this isn't enough to trigger a migraine....I think.....
