I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START! EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL! :'D The song, the gif OMG THE GIF, the sudden appearence of IMPALA and both Clint and Tony referencing SPN and then Clint playing Eye Of The Tiger and Clint and Natasha being adorable and alkjshfklajhlfkahjgk perfect!!! :')))

Even the therapeutic fixing of the car is reminiscent of SPN. Dean fixes her up almost from scratch after a big accident and his father's death and it serves as a way for him to deal with everything that happening. Or better yet, NOT TO DEAL. So yeah, very apt use. :D And Dean thought like Clint as well. When he fixed her up, he left all the imperfections from before - it's what made her 'their' car.

And I love the tie-in to the end of iron Man III - when the kid sees his new and improved garage - totally accepting the headcanon that Clint helped Tony set that up. :DDD

YOU LIKE IT AND I GOT A BUFFY HUG GIF OMG MY WORK HERE IS DONE !!!!!

You know after I saw the movie there was just..... ton of feels about things I used and wrote about here. Like, Tony had to struggle like an ordinary human, ultimately it came down to him, and not his suits and I just loved how the movie pointed that out. I loved that Tony chose to be fixed at the end, so he's helping Clint in a way to do that himself. And they do it by co-fixing the car, which is just a great imagery to begin with. And I enjoyed playing with the idea that Clint would actually like being around Tony, because Tony is smart and Clint likes smart people (as he is pretty smart himself.)

THE SONG. Obviously it was a shoutout to you (you got me hooked on that song!); I was listening to it the other day and it made me think of the movie, and Tony - so many lines in there remind me of Tony (Tony in general, and Tony in this movie).

I DID NOT KNOW ALL OF THAT ABOUT IMPALA. It does seem fitting and it's awesome that it turned out that way without me even intending it - cool! Clint, he wants to keep the imperfections because at this point, after few months of therapy he's aware that he won't be completely fixed. Trauma like his (or Tony's) always leaves cracks. Good thing is you can still live with them, work around them, so those ruined seats kind of represent that. And Tony gets it. After all he spent significant time with an arc reactor in his chest, in order to work around certain physical issues. And... they implicitly get each other, Tony gets what Clint is going through, and Tony is a few steps ahead so he tries to help. And then they go to fix more things and Tony says to Clint he's a mechanic too = you too can fix things/fix yourself. THOUGHTS AND FEELS I HAS THEM. And I tried to work in as much SPN references as I could, all for you!!! Because I love when you talk about it, I just know it's a great show and when I can't bring myself to watch I still get to enjoy it through your telling :) :) Thank you for that!
