The beginning was actually a lot of fun - poking at both Clint and Tony's issues and how they deal with trauma and how they connect over therapeutic car - fixing. Glad you liked, tho! I think I'll write more about the necklace :D

I haven't seen IM3 and have only seen a couple of SPN episodes, but I still really liked this. I like the relationship you show between Clint and Tony.

(Also? Stark was damn smart and Clint always liked being around smart people. He liked how their minds worked, as understanding it was a challenge. He got to learn things. And he was simply delighted by any kind of extensive knowledge.) -- YES!!!!

Great scene/conversation with Tony after the repairs were done. And a fantastic ending!

And that gif at the top! ;) Was that from SPN?

A booty that just demands appreciation, indeed. :DD I really should rewatch Dark Angel, I only saw it once way back when it aired and don't really remember much past the basic plot and that it's that one time Jessica Alba and Jensen Ackles acted together in a show. XD

Nice Tony and Clint bonding, love all the humour and the nods to imperfections. I too have not seen Supernatural, but through fandom osmosis I got the Impala jokes (or I believe I did heh) and was amused by Clint knowing Natasha would like the car, and Natasha not trading him since he has the car. And LOVE all the nods towards Iron Man Three :D

Wooooot! I am so happy you like! Seriously, my head is still full of all the feels and thinky thoughts, and yes, IMPERFECTIONS. You can try to fix things. It doesn't work out every time. Some things aren't fixable, sometimes people can't be fixed, not all the way - Clint's aware that he will always have invisible cracks, fragility, but he can still run, just like that car.

I wish I could watch SPN - I tried - it's too scary, but anna_sg1 is my source for everything awesome about SPN. She often tells me about it, I tried to give back, even a little and write as many details into this story as I could. Impala is pretty iconic. :D In my head Clint looks pretty epic leaning against its side, while waiting for Nat.

Weeeeelll, of course Nat's not trading a guy who has Impala. :DDDDDDD He also happens to be Clint! WIIIIN. /joking
