Okay, as many of you know, my past week... okay, I
won't mess around with you. Truth be told, the past several weeks have
been... difficult. There are a myriad of reasons for this, and those of
you whom I opted to inform already know most of them. Those of you who
don't know can feel free to ask me, should you be interested, and I
will be glad to tell you if I think you need to know. That said, I wish
to take this time to thank Kellen, henceforth referred to as Dr.
Kellen. We had a nice, long chat tonight, lasting about 2 hours or so,
during which I expounded on several of the issues that were making me
rather less kinetic and affable than I am known for. I left feeling
pretty good. So much so that I decided to forgo sleep entirely tonight,
as I have decided to finish up those essays if it kills me (which it
very well may).
Now, some of the advice that Dr. Kellen provided me
with was already known to me, even if I was making an effort to block
it from my mind. However, he also was able to let me get past the
nonsense that I have apparently internalized over the past few weeks.
Thus, I stand before you now, freed from a lot of the chains that had
been dragging me into the dust recently. Expect a lot more antics in
the upcoming days; you have been forewarned. Also, I would just like to
reiterate that, as usual, should anyone have a problem with Dr. Kellen,
they happen to be initiating a problem with me.
Anyway, I just wanted to give thanks where it is due, and also to
explain why I will be running around campus like a maniac tomorrow: I
feel human again!
