About the spread-sheet:
When you sign up, you get "viewing rights" to the spread-sheet as to not change anything in the original thing, that i sent out to everyone. You are then able to download it or make a copy of it to your own drive.
There is a picture about that behind the cut. But if you have any questions, troubles, or it doesn't work for you, please, please feel free to contact me! i promise, we will work something out, i don't give up on anybody, and i do not plan to start with that now ;)
a HUGE THANK YOU goes out to lyonessheart and her help for the spread-sheet as I was thinking waaaay to complicated, and she managed it amazingly to make things so much easier for you, me and everyone!!! Thank you, dear for the support and all the help!
How it works:
- You will sign up for your Hogwarts house.
- Writing Period is from September 5th - December 31st
- On January 1st a "check-in" - post will go online, where you please enter the number I marked as "Number to report" in the spread-sheet - ATTENTION: For those who use their own spread-sheet, please still check out the one provided as you will see the bonus points, and the challenges
- For the House-cup to be fair, because I do not believe that every house will have even participants, all the numbers will be added together and then divided by the number o people in the house, so that the house average will be what decides the house-cup. I believe this shall give every house a fair run and possibility for the win!
- The overall Best and the house-best is just the plain number.
- Those who forget to report in, can not be considered, HOWEVER the check-in post will go UP way before the first hits Australia and will close down at MIDNIGHT the 2nd ECT (that is European Central TIME) so "first" here is really a lose term that shall give you ample time to check in and let us know how amazing you did.
- Sign-ups are open until December 1st and the Challenges will be open until December 31st.
- I just hope we will have great fun and producing great stories!
