Fishy! (part 2)
Yup, I've got more...
A puffer fish; got her two weeks ago. Named her Cleopatra II, since Cleo numero uno (and Midas, both koi) got killed by Julius... And a black Oscar (got him yesterday), who I've named-- Uh, guess. Go on, give it a go. ... Yup, named him Midas II. Kinda fits him since he's got copper-ish tendrals through his black scales. He gives Julius a run for his money sometimes, but mostly he just keeps him in check.
I'm really surprised how easy Midas's warmed up to me. He's already letting me give him food by hand; but I think that might be because he saw all the others doing it. Yes, I feed my fish by hand. *shrugs* All my animals are spoiled. The guy at the pet store said I shouldn't be doing that (or shouldn't be able to do it) with Puffers and Oscars; says they're too agressive. Don't know what he means though, because Julius is only agressive with the other fish, not me. And Cleo is my little baby! ^_^ She swims into my hand sometimes and lets me 'pet' her. I need to find a place to buy her snails... I don't want her teeth to over-grow.
PS: Anyone waiting for Birthday Blues Part 2, it should be up by the end of the week. Sorry, but family drama kept me from finishing it. Why did I have to have a Southie family...?
