Monday 11/27- AM: Ran Nature Trail->Around Track with Danny. 3.4 miles.
PM: Ran Bus Loop->4x400s. Felt real terrible on the bus loop, couldn't keep up with the group without running all out. Just took it at what I felt to be a strong pace. Felt a little better on the 400s, although at the end, muscularly crapped out on the last one. Was supposed to go 75,73,71,69 with 400 recov. Ended up running 75,73,71,70. Ran the 400s in trainers which I hate doing, turns didn't feel too bad though. 8.5 miles.
Tuesday 11/28- AM: Ran Nature Trail->Around Track with Danny. 3.4 miles.
PM: Ran Rolling Hills Park with GPo. Left early to stay in the daylight. Anyway, this run ended up being way longer than was planning on going today. Thought it would end up in the 10 range, but it didnt. However, kept it very easy, so its not that big of deal. Felt great on the hills. 12.25 miles.
Wednesday 11/29- AM: Ran Nature Trail->Around Track with Danny. Also ran with MJ, JJ, Burmeister, and GPo for a little. 3.4 miles.
PM: Ran Man Course via near Golf Courses with Danny. Legs felt a little tired on the hills. 7.25 miles.
Thursday 11/30- AM: Ran Nature Trail->Around Track with Danny. 3.4 miles.
PM: Ran Tempo Loop in 23:50 with basically PDext, GPo, Mumbles, Golden, Vechik. Felt good and relaxed. 7.25 miles.
Friday 12/1- AM: Ran 1xTrail->GIAC->Comfort with Danny. Had to get my card. 3 miles.
PM: Ran 2xNature Trail with GPo, Jossi, Mumbles, and Vechik. Easy day. 5 miles.
Saturday 12/2- AM: Ran Rolling Hills Park with Danny and GPo. Was going to go longer, but ran into scheduling conflicts after the run had been scheduled. 12.25 miles.
Sunday 12/3- AM: Ran 2.33xTrail with MJ and JJ. Took it easy, didnt feel bad at all. 5.25 miles.
PM: Ran 1xTrail with TMiles->Reverse Lady->Road Loop solo. After game, hit my mileage goal this week. Plan on doing same mileage next week, but doing more of it on 7 runs with a real LR, and only doing 12 runs. 5.75 miles.
