Back to my roots

I've decided to revert back to my original LJ. If your wondering why then stop now because there's no rhyme or reason for a lot of things I do but basically I just got bored with my other "more creative" names and decided to go simple and minimalistic which I very much enjoy.

In other news, I just got back from being out of town for two weeks. I went to New Orleans with my AIM class to help with the Hurricane Relief and then went to Lockney, Texas to work with a church there for a week. Both of those trips were very rewarding, full of awesome stories and meeting new friends. I'll have some pictures to post up on here sometime, till then just take my word for it.

In other other news, I am now only three days away from completing my 8 months of training in Lubbock, amazing to think that I have been here for such a short time yet I have grown so much and have changed so much because of that growth. God has really put me through a lot of things while going through AIM that I believe has shaped me into a greater image of Him each day. I know also that this is only the beginning of the awesome plan that God has for me, and I continually pray that God leads me throughout this life to greater things in this life, to furthering His Kingdom and to grow closer to Him each day.

Still AIMing,
Zach
