round two of "where do you get your ideas"
Sometime i get really strong inspiration from other artist's work. A couple days back, Ursual Vernon posted a pic that gave my muse a good kick in the butt.And who am I to argue. Here's a link to Ursuala's original.

While I am oten inspried by other people's work, I make sure to not copy too closely. I think you can see the inspriation berween the two paintings but they don't look too much alike.
Here's a detail shot. Really enjoyed painting the dragon and other figures in the midground.
