I agree with everything you said and how you interpreted the ending is how I came to interpret it.. you know after manically crying for 20 minutes striaght while reading other people's theories.. haha

I think that this was like pre-heaven.. as Christian said a place they all created to meet up.. so like after each of them died they went on to this other place until all of the losties were dead and then Desmond was the catalyst for them to all remember how much they meant to each other and finally accept their deaths.. then they could all move on to the afterlife together because again as Christian said their time together was the most important time in their lives and in Heaven (whatever religion you are) you get to be with the ones that mean the most to you.. I kind of hated the ending at first but the more I read about it the more I am starting to love how beautiful and hopeful it is.

It's weird. When it was happening and we found out they were all dead but meeting up to move on I was loving it and crying too cos its so amazing that they were all so connected with one another that they had to meet up one last time.

Now that I can reflect it's sucks that Juliet/Sawyer and Jack/Kate didn't get a happy ending(?) IDK how to put it but, yes they met up to move on but on earth they weren't together. Kinda kills me. BUT thinking even more about how they met up again BECAUSE what these characters had together even if such a short time on earth it was so much apart of them that they had to see each other again before they could move on. gah i'm totally losing the plot. Pretty much I am satisfied with the ending and now it is time to re-watch from the beginning. yah. lol
