Capel Lligwy
High on a hillside near
Moelfre, on Anglesey, stands the ruin of a medieval 'chapel of ease', a place of worship for those too remote to visit their parish church. An underground chamber awaits the explorer.
Close by, the remains of a Romano-British village and of an ancient burial tomb continue the journey back into time, while Moelfre offers the more recent history of shipwrecks and heroics.
