An awful lot has happened in the last fortnight, and my life has changed beyond recognition.
I am writing this sat in the window seat of the historic house that is our temporary home, overlooking an estuary and the mountains opposite - including a view of the ancient chapel that was the venue of our hosts' wedding last Saturday.
In the last two weeks I
finished sprucing up our house (with help from T),
am living with my husband again after 4 months,
worked the last days at two different jobs,
appointed (with T) estate agents for our house,
installed house sitters into our house,
packed and moved 250 miles,
remembered how to drive,
visited Portmeirion with my (not)god daughter and her mum,
started a new job,
dealt with estate agents et al,
went to a wedding,
walked along a golden beach under blue skies with my husband,
saw a
steam train at Beddgelert for our first time,
and accepted an offer on our house!
I had anticipated a bit of a breather before dealing with a house sale, but I am not going to complain, though It does mean the stress levels are still high for now.
