I think I was one of the first ones who got to view this the moment Sophy posted it. I though it was just some post about Taylor, and boy, was I surprised to see my name on the banner! Like Kelly (soul_beguiled) I got pretty emotional about it…Srsly, I cry over the simplest of things so just imagine how this awesomeness affects me. Sorry if it took me a day before I could formally comment on this. I was just so speechless yesterday after seeing this and couldn’t even form a decent sentence so I decided to take my time coz this deserved more than just a mere “thank you” reply to all of you.
ITA that by far this is the best comm ever here in LJ which I am so proud to be a part of, and just having the opportunity to organize an awards contest to acknowledge such wonderful and brilliant writers as well as let some artists talents show is already an honor for me. Although yeah…that card pretty much owns my life right now and I can’t wait to post it over at my LJ ^_^
I’ve said it a million times before and I’ll say it again…this all wouldn’t be as successful as ever if not for those amazing people who continued to provided help until the last category. I’ll name names but they're just so many and I don’t want to miss anyone so, to all of you (you know who you are) A GAZILLION BAJILLION THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! ILY all!!! And to all those who actively participated through the whole sobawards2009, you guys all deserved an award of your own! Thanks so much for giving some of your time just to join amidst your busy schedules.
