Up at the ass-crack of dawn...

I get up at 0600, and find out the internet is dead. Again. We've had it working for almost a whole month too. I, however, am on the internet because I am using my BlackBerry as a modem (Dad finally got around to setting that up for me).

I've got about 15-20 minutes before I need to go to Mike's apartment so I can follow him to our new parking spot, since all the little streets near it are enough to make me lost (not that getting me lost is very difficult). Hmm, I need to get dressed (am wearing my yutaka right now), do something about my hair (at least I brushed it), finish my tea, pack up my lunch (including pie for both of us). I'm bringing two bottles of water with me, in hopes that I can finish most of it and not have to use the can (they flush by themselves--that's just unnatural).

Last night I got in about twenty minutes of writing (spent ten staring at the paper or changing my wording), but at least I managed to write a little. Didn't get any writing done this morning, so perhaps I may have to adjust that goal a bit.

For some reason, LJ keeps dating my posts five hours ahead of time. I don't think it did that before.

I could've easily finished off three bottles of water, if not four. Ah well, take it slow. Did have apple pie, but it was the last of the apple pie, so it's okay. Uh, I got home before 17.00, which was awesome, and did laundry; unfortunately, I procrastinated on finishing the whole laundry business--I just folded the clothes (which are still damp) and Misha is lying on my socks and underwear still in the laundry basket--and it's already past my bedtime. At least I know that I should write a bit as soon as I get home (hey, I can use the drive home as a planning session), and I had a shower tonight so I can get an extra half hour's sleep tomorrow morning. Now then, off to write a bit, then sleeping time.
