a pocketful of random
Every time I find something doll-sized, I feel like a parent bringing home toys for the kids.XD Today I found a shop selling 1/4-scale DS Lite keychains.:3 (MegaMall, the game shop on the 3rd floor that's not Star Game Station.) So I had to get one, of course. I wanted to get another one for Ichigo, but it was really so small that I was worried that it might not even be big enough for Rukia. As it turns out I was right about it being too small for Ichigo, but it's just perfect for Rukia. so now the hunt is on for a proper 1/3-scale DS Lite so they can battle it out in Jump Ultimate Stars!:D or Pokewotsit or whatever the cool kids are playing now.
I also found that the Toy City in MegaMall is a motherlode of Takara Jenny and Licca. Now if only I were a Jenny/Licca collector. They even have those gorgeous ltd edition kimonos. Too bad they're 1/6 scale.
When did Weekly Jump become shoujo?XD OK, not really, but the pink and fluffy To Heart cover (we're a couple of weeks behind) made me do a double take at Jusco's NikoNiko House the other night. then again, a real shoujo book wouldn't have that much cleavage.XD unless it was manly cleavage.XDXDXD
i got a really nice comment on my dA from someone who was glad to see I had an IchiRuki "shrine", hee hee.:3 I always feel somewhat... embarrassed?XD that my dA gallery is dominated by that theme, so I'm glad that someone is glad it's there. (I wonder if it was anybody from here?:)
I think I need to get a proper wireless card... my USB thingemabob seems to have ADD and keeps dropping the connection.^^;
I dreamed the other night that I was being stalked by a serial killer who would stab people in their beds, and whenever he was mentioned the image of Edward Elric would flash briefly in my head, even though nobody ever explicitly said that Ed was the serial killer. I think my Ed plushie keychain is taking some kind of subliminal revenge on me for putting him on my car key and thus subjecting him to my driving on a daily basis. and on that completely randomly cheerful note...
