New Year...2007
Happy New Years everyone! Although I was offered countless invites to parties, I decided to just spend it quiet with Gregory since last New Years I did all the parties. So....NO HANG-OVER....for Gregory however...poor baby. We spent today just cuddling, watching movies and polishing off our left-over chinese food.
I've noticed my friends over the years have always written recaps of events and memories they experienced that year, so I've decided to do the same.....
What Happened in 2006:
January: Had 2 sinus infections and started a new crappy job!GothOutings holds a coffee meetup at Cafe di Sienna and got kicked out for no reason at all....HAHAHAHAHA!!!! I think we clashed with their decor!
Febuary: Suffered another sinus infection! My great aunt died. :( Spent Valentine's Day with Gregorgy.
March: Went to see 45 Grave concert in Salem and Halo Of Thorns concert the week after. Found some old high school friends online I haven't seen since...well...HIGH SCHOOL!
April: Joined NSPRS (North Salem Paranormal Research Project) and wrote a few articles.
May: Small part of Amesbury suffers floods do to the week's worth of raining. My dinner plans for mom on Mother's Day gets cancelled becuase the bridge in back of the restaurant is ready to break due to the floods. My work gets flooded and I am sent to a few different store for awhile....I was not upset about that at all :) .
June: Gregory and I celebrate our 2 year anniversary. GothOutings celebrates one year in the making ...however we were unable to do any real celebrating due to some personal issues I was having. Goodbye tatto party to Sexual Graves whoc goes off to college :(
July: Spend 4th of July with friends in Boston and on a boat which was ready to sink and just a plain olde death trap. OK the boat belong to a friend of Paul's. First off the boat yard was located in some form of "boat graveyard". To get to this boat we had to walk on these very thin wooden planks which sank alittle when you walked on them...poor pretty stitches's husband misplaced his footing and fell into the water (eww gross charles river water). Then you had to climb from boat to other to finally GET to the boat. Then after 3 hours on the boat we started to get ready to drive the boat into the Harbor so we could go see the fireworks....one of the boat's engines didn't start up so the boat just went in reverse and kept driving around in circles backwards. So we sat on the roof of the boat, VERY DRUNK and watched the firewoods in the distance far from the harbor in this boatyard graveyard...oh it was ummm an interesting experienced both horrible and some what fun!
Also this month, I got my first tattoo. A wrought iron cross I took a picture of in New Orleans. The tattoo was done by Angel.
August: Decided to not go back to the store I worked at that got flooded and got transferred to the other Salem store. Put the condo up for sale and put half of everything in storage. Got reunited with an old ghost from my past, Betty Lee.
September: King Richard's fare! Tons of open houses. Gregory's birthday. Paranormal investigation with some friends from western mass in Salem, Ma.
October: Busy busy busy! GothOutings goes to Spooky World. GothOutings 2nd apple picking event. GothOutings coffee/tea meet up. TONS of Halloween parties and haunted houses. Halloween dinner party my condo. 45 Grave concert in Salem again! A paranormal investigation in Salem, Ma. with Erik, creator of NSPRS.
November: Baby cousin Dillian turns one! Chem-lab disaster in Danvers, no death :) and no friends or family were hurt or effected badly by it.
December: CRAZY WORK HOURS! Make tons of money. Spent holidays with family and friends. Birthday spent with Lynne and other friends. Spent New Years eve with Gregory.
That's it....hmmm ok not a big exicting year, however pleasant and quiet....I'm not complaining. :)
