12th Annual SAG Awards, Red Carpet

Alas, there is nowhere near the same level of pictureness for the Screen Actors Guild awards, which is a shame as a few dresses I adored I cannot find a photo of them. For example, Maggie Grace from Lost - I saw her wearing a stunning dress, but only for about two seconds and I can find no pic of it. *remembers about Getty* Hmm, now I see a picture of it, I'm not so sure about it.

Pictures from ET online and Getty Images.

George Clooney. Hee.

Michelle Williams is looking better this time around than at the Globes, with that unfortunate frilly number.

Geena Davis. Oh, dear, oh, dear.

A few of the Desperate Housewives complemented each other too well wearing lilac/purple numbers.

Marcia's is the loveliest.

Not sure about Nicolette Sheridan's dress. It seemed a bit... creased.

Reese is not having a good awards red carpet season. Luckily, the awards themselves are going better.

Ellen Pompeo's (Gray's Anatomy) dress is trying to define sag rather than SAG.

Anne Hathaway? Again, oh, dear.

Eva Longoria's once again looking good. Damn her.

Felicity Huffman also sporting the DH pale purple look, but looks like some overstarched material just been wrapped around her.

Hilary Swank's dress may look not that great on photo but it was even worse on telly. All crumpled. Not to mention, her hem had come undone at the last minute. Oops.

I'm not sure about Jamie Pressley's outfit, though. I want to like it but the jangliness distracts me.

Patricia Clarkson's gold dress is lovely but nothing special.

Rachel Weisz suits this shade of blue but the shape doesn't flatter her up top. I do like the jewellery, though.

I am undecided on Sandra Bullock's pale get-up. It's a bit dull. Now I've seen a full-length, have decided: Not Good.

Sandra Oh adds some much needed drama in this black and white dress.

I didn't get a very good look at Ziyi Zhang's dress on telly but I imagine it looked better there than in the photo. Props for doing something different, though.

Portia De Rossi. Not sure. Maybe I'm just getting fashion jaded in my old age.

Emmanuelle Chriqui. Well, at least it's not dull.

Kristen Chenoweth from TWW. See above.

Daniel Dae Kim's looking slick. Good going, Danny boy.

Megan Mullaly in good dress at awards show shocker.

Dayna Devon. Sparkly.

Amy Adams goes all black with this number.

Don't think this one works on Teri Hatcher, especially up top.

'Kay. Bored now. I didn't mean to get so carried away but then I discovered Getty.....

X-posted to mine and korovyov_x's blog, chicnotgeek, which you are welcome to friend any time. One day, it'll have more than cross-posted red carpet entries in it.... One day...

Oh, and I'll get around to adding in the answers to the first line of song meme thing sometime. Tonight. I know y'all are desperate to know. Or something.
