I just had one of the most annoying web sessions failing to do a simple action of "Get a form to renew my corporate registration". Seems the State of GA has decided *everyone* has to have an online account on their site https://cgov.sos.state.ga.us, or do renewals in person ( Read more... )

I feel so *petty*. I've spent too much time this week logging defects into the buzzword-named application* the client uses for tracking tests and problems.

Spent most of today at a very pretty place, some 10 acres or so of ex-rural turned into a small farm, checking out the "falcons" that are eating up all their chickens and pigeons. We have a very optimistic hummingbird on the front property. He's simply a male who really, really wants to breed. Which, granted, is pretty much the definition of 'optimism' (and of 'male'), particularly when you're a member of a species noted for rampant antisocial behavior ( Read more... )
