Legs R noodles

Just a quick word before I hobble off to work.

Today was my First time in a For-Real Gym-outside of knee rehab, that is.

Bike for 20 mins-12.8mph-60 calories (kept the heart rate around 90)

then went on to the leg press thingy, moved the pin to 90, and managed to get ten in.

Went to a couple of arm.chest/back machines, put them on 30. Got 5 on one (bring them in from the side) and three on the other (overhead, bring it down)

1. I have no upper body strength

2. I am a wussssss.

3. I see what Jim gets out of this though...it feels so good once the self-torture is over. *G*

I think I will go back. Joining fee is $99, but you get three hours with a trainer, to set up an exercise program...$150 value. That's cool.

And Heavens know-I need to do something!
