I'm here
I just read Catie Miller's last entire, a long heart-breaking love story. Her own love story. I never really knew Catie, but we had a friendship in a different way. When she'd graduated we talked to each other how we wished we'd gotten to know each other better. I'm glad for her though, she is a high-spirited woman with one hell of a strong AND true heart.
This morning I was soaking in a hot bath in Santa Fe, NM, right now I'm back in Juneau bored and lonely. Rico leaves to Anchorage Wednsday. I leave Saturday. Beacause I've been gone the past ten days visiting my Aunts, I wasnt able to update in what seems like forever. I have so many adventures to share with my friends, but I can only type so much at this time of night. It is 11:20-ish, beacause of Jet-leg it is 1:20 NM time. I've cought a cough from my little cousins right before traveling to NM. It was a long journey and traveling has only made it worse for my lungs. Over the days in being in a climate seven thousand feet higher than Alaska I developed an illness. I am on antibiotics now. At night my cough is unstoppable and painful. My sides hurt from coughing, my ears are feeling under pressure, and my nose is clogged. How fabulous is that.
I am excited to return to Anchorage this Saturday. Sage is already crawling about and my parents are looking at new homes. They found a perfect one in Eagle River with five bedrooms, three floors. Only problem is, they decided it wasnt such a great idea, considering we'd all have to drive into Anchorage every weekday, plus with the gas prices shooting up like crazy. I cant wait until they get more Hybrids out!
