question...
i am interested to know something here...im from washington state and im interested in a girl who is 14 maybe almost 15 and i turned 18 in may...would it be illegal for us to date and possibly have sex later on? or not neccisarily sex but any type of sexual contact?
answer...
It's never illegal to date someone, unless her parents forbade it. As far as sexual conact is concerned, consensual intercourse and sexual contact is permissable if the younger person is over the age of 14 and the older is less than 4 years older.
