So, um, what was that latest kerfluffle about? Yeah. This is DL/Niki, Niki/Jessica (and I mean relationship, not just two-people-one-body) fic, and they're sisters whose father sexually abused them. It's deeply fucked up, and it's twisted, and it's just too fascinatingly wrong for me not to rec. (Do I even have to bother disclaimering "I do not advocate, nor approve of the baddirtywrong and illegal acts in this fic?" Probably.)
Chasing Cars by anr (The Pretender) [PG]
Jarod/Parker. Because no matter how fucked up it truly was, this was the OTP that ruled the fandom, and damn it, we should've gotten a better ending. Thank God for fanfic. (Also, anr can get me to read anything, damn her.)

Scott/Jean. How much does it suck to be dating a telepath? I don't think fandom has yet figured out quite how much, because people keep writing fics like these. Which are good, and wonderful, and describe the hows and whys of the problems succinctly. Shame there are no quick fixes.
