Sticky post of writing and notes

Aug 13, 2018 17:53

I decided it was finally time to get around to making one of these, partly because I feel like I have enough to pull it off, and partly so I can't forget what I'm working on...

Disclaimer: With the exception of the work noted as being originally mine, all works of fiction and characters thereof belong to their original creators/studios/producers/publishers. No money is being earned, and they are used without permission. In the case of RPS, the people being used as characters belong to themselves. I do not know them, and everything I've written is complete fiction.

Regarding ratings: I utilize the standard ratings system as listed by the MPA. I didn't create it, though there's occasionally tweaks here and there where I feel the content doesn't slot neatly into one rating or another. Warnings and clarifications are added as I feel are necessary.

Supernatural
One Shots:
Side of a Bullet: Sam deals with his brother's death as only a Winchester can. (Spoilers through 3.16, R for language and violence)

It's a Feeling That I Stole: Dean is determined to make Sam smile. (Somewhere between Nightmare and Benders, R for language)

The Dragon and the Beast, Adored: Some things shouldn't be forgotten, but saving the world can be such a distraction. After all, the road to hell is paved with the best intentions. (Spoilers through 3.16, R for mature themes, language, and violence)

Sidewalk Chalk: Sam and Dean have an assignment from Dad - drawing proper circles. Sidewalk chalk probably wasn't the best tool to train with. (Sam and Dean Winchester, aged 4 and 8, PG13)

Save a Horse...: This wasn't what Dean was expecting when Sam told him their next job was at a strip club. (spoiler free, R for mature theme but nothing explicit)

To Him Who Asks: Sometimes the end is the beginning. Sometimes all you have to do is ask. (spoilers to 4.01 but set in the future, PG13)

Thousand Watts: Dean realizes maybe not everything sucks as much as he thought it did. Sort of. (for charlies_dragon's birthday, request = happy Dean, Dean/Castiel if you squint, PG13, set during s4)

Rattle Your Bones (Heh, you said bone): A thief, a hunter, and a retrieval specialist walk into a museum...What did you think was going to happen? (Leverage/SPN/Wolverine; Eliot/Dean/Remy, 4456 words, NC17 for supernatural violence and graphic sex, for the lovely ladywinchester)

He Sleeps In the Hollow Log: Eliot's been caught by an old mark, but help is on the way. (for pez_gurl's birthday, R for torture, h/c, Nate/Eliot)

A Paler Shade: A skinwalker has chosen the same mark as the crew, and thinks they're either the perfect in, or in the way. Thankfully, an old friend of Eliot's is already hot on its trail. (crossover with SPN, shifter!Eliot/Dean, NC17, 7070 words, for charlies_dragon for bidding on Sweet Charity)

Series:
Vancouver on the Send: Nate's next job needs a few extra hands. It isn't their normal gig, after all. (Dresden Files/CWRPS crossover, over all probably R for language and violence, series spoilers for both, posted at elswhere_vancvr - see for pairings)

Idealists, Dreamers, and Thieves: Leverage/Firefly crossover - Two crews are at a bit of an impasse, and Mal is left with the sneaking suspicion that he'll see the good ship Leverage again... (this part: G, 555 words, for elebridith for Christmas, will be ongoing)
You could probably also blame Aldis' very fine hat that reminded me of Jayne...
Pool Cues and Darts Are Not Toys: Eliot and Parker burn some time in a backwater bar. Eliot bumps into an old, er, friend, and Parker makes a new one. (PG13, 804 words, for elebridith's birthday - Sort of an interlude between the first part and wherever the verse picks up properly.)

(Eliot/Michael, NC17 - mild violence and explicit sex, 1202 words. Written for the Little Black Dress from Oklahoma Challenge, prompt 98. Leverage/Burn Notice - Eliot/Michael - explosive)

Leverage/Alice:
In which Wonderland is real and Parker is (the real) Alice. Crossover between Leverage and SyFy's Alice miniseries, with splashes from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland and possibly from the original books. Since I'm non-linear I'll go ahead and point out that pairings will show up at various progressions of Parker/Hardison, Nate/Sophie, and Eliot/Hatter.

Parker Is Was Is Alice: She didn't realize how much she missed Wonderland until she saw him again. (PG, 560 words, more or less where things begin)

Could do with a cup'a: Introductions and reintroductions (and Tea). (816 words, PG)

Objects in Mirror May Be More Dangerous Than They Appear: WIP, check each chapter for ratings, warnings, and summaries. Hatter's in over his head, but thankfully he isn't in it alone.
1|

Spoonful of Whiskey to Help the Absurdity Go Down: Five times Nate thought Hatter was crazy, lying, or both, and one time he absolutely believed him. (Eliot/Hatter, PG13, 1390 words, pieces are non-linear)

Leverage/Justified:
Sunwarmed: He isn't sure he knew that Eliot Spencer was working for Willie Martin on his little stretch of ranch... (PG13, 311 words, Eliot/Raylan pre-slash, preseries for both shows, probably the beginning for this verse)

Don't Take Kindly: Eliot sees someone he recognizes during a job, and he's not so sure he's happy about it. (PG13, 910 words, gen-ish)

Leverage/Justified/White Collar:
Please Enjoy Your Stay: Neal gets in over his head, and there's a little bit of competition for who gets to save him. Thankfully, Neal's got ideas of his own. After all, what's a little sex between old friends? (NC17 for lots of sex and some violence, 9300 words, written for ravens_word, Raylan/Eliot/Neal)

Doctor Who
Drabbles:
Good Morning, Still: The sun still comes up in the morning. (for buffyaddict13, G)

You Know What Happens When We Make Assumptions?: For greyrider, who asked "What if Ben Linus walked into your comic shop?" (PG13 for language)

X-Men:
As a general note, chances are good this is going to be movie-verse with splashes and tweaks from the comics.

de-aged!Remy (proper title tba)
Another one born on comment_fic. Evil, wicked enablers all... Remy's been de-aged to about 6 or 7. The rest should be cracktastically self explanitory... My apologies now for any butchering of French and Cajun.
X-Men, De-aged!Remy/Logan, The first time Logan saw him (PG13)
X-men, de-aged!Gambit/Wolverine, sugar rush (PG)
X-Men, de-aged!Remy/Logan, Remy gets into the Liqour cabinet. (PG13)
X-Men, wee!Remy, boys will be boys (PG13)

X-men, re-aged!Remy & Logan, "I just...I wanted to thank you." (PG)
X-men, re-aged!Remy/Logan, different and yet the same (PG13, suggestive, parallels de-aged sugar coated strawberries)

And because one flavor of insanity is never enough, I obliged merry_gentry and this is the X-Men/Leverage version, including her de-aged!Eliot (to the best of my abilities, at least - this is totally AU for both of us...)
Leverage/X-men, wee!Eliot & wee!Remy, a couple of bags of candy and a whole lot of soda (PG)
Leverage/X-men, wee!Eliot&wee!Remy - Nate&Logan, nightmares in the dark (G)

Wolverine: Origins/Firefly
Yet again comment_fic is to blame. It's fairly self explanatory, 'verse wise. James Logan is captain of The Wolverine, John Wraith is his second in command, Wade Wilson is his psychotic muscle, and Chris Bradley is his quiet mechanic. Of course, Remy LeBeau is a passenger that may or may not worm his way onto the crew. Also borrows Hank McCoy as the ship's medic, and Marie as a passenger. Victor Creed will come and go as a trouble maker, and there will be others, of course. Leans almost entirely on movie-verse, with necessary fusion tweaks. The only definitive pairings are Logan/Remy and past Logan/Kayla. Non-linear as ever.
Wolverine: Origins/Firefly, Logan/River, he may not remember much, but he remembers his ship (PG)
Wolverine: Origins/Firefly, Logan(/Kayla Silverfox) & River, a memory, a laugh, a smile (PG)
Wolverine/Firefly, Logan/Victor, Ghosts from another life (PG)
Wolverine: Origins/Firefly, Logan/Remy, of all the ships in all the 'verse... (PG13)
Wolverine: Origins, Logan/Remy, Firefly (who's bunk is this?) (PG13, suggestive)
Wolverine: Origins/Firefly, both crews, "I like this ship! It's exciting!" (Star Trek XI) (PG13)
Wolverine: Origins/Firefly, Logan/author's choice, Aliens in a Spaceship (Bones) (PG13)
Wolverine: Origins/Firefly, Logan/Remy, Tabula Rasa (BtVS/SGA/Lost/Criminal Minds) (PG13, flashback)
Firefly/Wolverine, author's choice, alien sex pollen (NC17)

Love Song/Rescue 77
Because honeyjojames is my best enabling student. Seriously. Basically it assumes Camille never went back to Billy, so he moves out to LA and ends up working on the engine of a certain ambulance in Firehouse 77.
Rescue 77/Love Song, Wick/Billy, "Is that a spanner in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" (PG13)
Rescue 77/Love Song, Wick/Billy, last time they saw each other (PG13)
Rescue 77/Love Song, Wick/Billy, sound of your voice (Follows last time they saw eachother, PG)

16: (Leverage, 253 words, PG13)

White Sands, NM: 226 words, G
Quiet Kisses Are So Hardcore: 3452 words, NC17 (features plot, dialog, names, and yes, sex)
Gas station in Louisiana: 299 words, PG13 (mild language)
Small Asylum: 163 words, PG13
Someone to Carry You Home: 678 words, R (language, Thanksgiving 1 year following Quiet Kisses)

Episode reactions: They don't quite count as writing, I suppose, and really I ought to put my thinking cap on the next day more often and do a rehash, but checking out the episode reaction tag will lead you to the blow by blow reactions for Leverage, Dollhouse and Supernatural, (eta) and White Collar. (I need to go back and add the tag, right now this isn't comprehensive.) Sometimes there's interesting discussions and insights, and not just from me. Comments ftw, baby!

Icons: See my profile for sources. The easiest way to surf them is to use the icons tag. You're welcome to try surfing by subjects, but something like J&J is just as likely to be me fangirling as it is to be icons.

angel, firefly, doctor who, dark knight, drabble, idealists dreamers thieves, lost, burn notice, episode reaction, leverage, buffy, x-men, original, writing, motorcycle vagabond, i love my flist, mini nanowrimo, alice-leverage, comment_fic, supernatural, dresden files, fic, wolverine
