[for Jane]

With few battles to fight and hunting hardly as time consuming as he might wish, Thor has turned his energies towards construction. Though the building crew had certainly did a fine job on the hut he appropriated shortly upon his arrival, it seemed too small, now, with Loki under the same roof; they were Princes of Asgard, and they needed accommodations that spoke to that status, both to house their egos and their size.

Asgardian architecture speaks to a different design aesthetic than the other dwellings upon this Island, but the underlying elements are still very much the same. The bare bones of a new, larger structure have sprung up beside his current lodgings over the course of a week, and having just put the finishing touches on an archway that will later serve as the main entrance, Thor takes a step back to admire his handiwork.

Perhaps he'll need help when things get a bit further along, but for now, he's content working on his own. Though Mjolnir will likely see little use in conflict for as long as Thor remains upon this Island, as a tool to build, it has no equal, with or without its enchantments.
