Someone recently told me of cards here that can do strange things - she was turned from a young girl into a woman roughly a decade older or so.

That is what I was told. There is evidently some sort of sorcery involved if such a thing is possible but she also said to contact the Inspector or someone named Rene although I have never heard of the latter.

It is difficult to believe but it would be the most rational explanation - you should consult with those who have been in this city longer than I have for further information.
