She...crys?
So, I pop over to the anti_arwen community, and I suddenly find myself flooded with the same thing.
Arwen crys constantly.
Arwen does nothing but cry.
All she does is cry, cry, cry.
Et cetera.
And I went, "What?" I mean, I vaguely remember from the movies that there was like a scene or two where Arwen is crying. 'Cause, she, you know, was sad. But she hardly did nothing but cry. And that wasn't what jumped out at me. What I remember of Arwen in the movie was her talking romantically in Elf with Aragon. Not her crying. So, yeah, I think she cried, but not to the extent that the community is gripping.
So...what is going on?
Is this fanon, taking a small trait and exaggerating it?
Did I not watch the movie close enough?
Are these people just looking for something to gripe about?
And what's wrong with crying when you are sad?
