What we ate in Fake Barvaria
Otherwise known as Helen, Georgia, tourist trap of the south.
We went to a place called the Old Barvarian Inn and spent a fortune to try german foods.
This is...well it was called the "King Ludwig", it's porkloin with a herb sauce with slightly sweet red cabbage, sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. I thought it was pretty good. This is what I ate.
hakuyama had weinerschnitzel (I have no clue if that is spelled right). It's fried veal. I'm not a veal fan myself because I just don't like the taste of it. I'm told the beans were very good though.
psycholullaby had Weisswurst, which is a combination of veal and pork. She had potato salad, red cabbage and sauerkraut. No one really liked the white sausage. We all think Ed and Hei were weird for eating them in CoS.
