Today I went to lunch with 2 other friends at this Beijing place. Northern Chinese food is usually dumplings, noodles and high-starch foods.
This is cold noodle with strips of chicken and cucumber mixed with sesame sauce. It's delicious.
This is garlic chicken and it came with vegetable mixed with rice (I forgot to take that picture).
There was also this large dish of udon stir fried with vegetables too, and 3 glasses of cold soybean drinks. But I was epicfail and forgot to take pics. :(
All this was shared, and came to about US$7 per person. The smell of dumplings is still on my suit. D:
