(no subject)
last night i went to a show at the iron horse (a small venue downtown).a band called mirrah played.i hadn't been very familiar with the music,but decided to go for lack of something better to do. it was a good performance,but it was wayyy too hot in the club. towards the end of the show my housemates inform me that mirrah,the opening band,and roadies were all going to crash at our house for the night.
ok.good thing we have tons of space!
so last night i went out only expecting 3 people to be at the house overnight,instead it was 11.yay slumberpartys!!!!
yesterday also involved minor drama with my ex.
basically she called demanding 300 bucks immediately,knowing fully well that we had agreed that i would give her the full amount this week when i get my security deposit back from my previous landlord.i'm just as hurting for cash as she is right now,and she knows that i need to get the security money in order to pay her.like wtf.this was already established earlier this week.and
also,this money that she is demanding of me is supposed to be my half of the utility bills that we owed.yet,when i asked her for copies of all the final bills for my files,she said that she had yet to pick them up from her po box.hmmmmmm....something seems a little fishy about that.these supposed exact amounts that she had figured out,but no bills to back them up yet!?
today has been a rainy day kind of day.i've basically been frolicking ablout running errands and such.i stopped by the haymarket and got a super yummy smoothie,and sat and read a new book for awhile.all in all it's been a pretty relaxing day.tonight i hope to catch some of the game,and then watch some episodes of twin peaks.good,creepy fun.
