Flat Belly Diet, what?

OK, soooo, you might have seen it on Facebook, so it's not exactly a secret. I joined something there called The Flat Belly Diet group. Basically, the folks at Prevention magazine wrote this diet book. Well, that's interesting. Does the diet adjust intake for different sizes?

The book says 4 x 400, based on the average woman. But apparently the website (which is subscription-based) gives adjustments based on gender, size and other specifics. It does seem interesting, but I'm pretty much equal parts skepticism and optimism. So, we'll see.

Dude, you could follow my belly anywhere! It's weird, because I'm like, a little embarrassed about the whole thing. You know, like, exposing my belly to the world. But also taking part in something that's kind of...like "I lost 10 lbs on the Flat Belly Diet, and so can YOU!!!" It's just not something I'd do. But, hey, what else was I doing with my time?
