first it was Blu-Ray (50GB) and HD-DVD (25GB), then it was holographic disks (250GB-1TB), and now it's nano-optical techniques for 3TB disks.
i think we're at the point where technology for data storage is progressing faster than we can produce.

Grätzel cells are better, much cheaper solar cells that are finaly in production (discovered 15 years ago). unfortunately, you'll have to wait a little bit longer for their company to grow before ordering some for yourself.

yet another unexplainable planet.
this time, it's 450 light years away, and it's unexplainable because no planetary models can account for a planet with a radius this large, and a density this low.

the tenth planet, previously nicknamed Xena (with it's moon: Gabrielle), also previously known as 2003 UB313, and a possible planet... has now officially been named.
it's name is "Eris, after the Greek goddess of discord". the moon has been named Dysnomia. "Dysnomia is the goddess of lawlessness and Eris's daughter in Greek mythology".
