[Susan looks unhappy, though she's not outside anymore. She's in what some may recognize as part of the Chateau de Chenonceau. It's not terribly warm, but it's out of the snow, and even looks a little bit like home to Susan.
But Susan isn't taking in the scenery. She's frowning out the window at the the blowing snow.]
Those strange creatures, on the device--are they responsible for this awful weather? They certainly seem to be up to something.
[She sighs, strangely reluctant to even be saying this]
I suppose I should get to the bottom of this.
[She cracks her neck, and looks back at the PCD in her hand.]
Time to get to it then.
[She means to end the post, but she's still getting used to this technology, and doesn't press the right button hard enough, so it keeps recording even as she... changes. The air about her seems to grow darker, her hair moves on its own into a new, taller style, and her gray dress looks as if it grows black and different on its own.
Then, the PCD goes dark, a blat of static, and suddenly, it's tossed down in the snow, giving it a brief view of the lake from a good ways away from the chateau before visibility drops again. Susan can be heard, but not seen, gasping like she's trying to catch her breath.
According to the timestamp, she's gone about half a mile in the matter of only a few seconds.
She fumbles then, for the PCD, her other hand clutching her head against a splitting headache. She still does not look happy.]
What are they? They can't, they can't do that, what are they?

[ooc: Susan tried to use her time-stoppy powers! The Animus didn't so much like that. They were busy running around with their fun little event, but they noticed her messing with the laws of time and decided to kick her out of out-of-time. It wasn't fun.
