NOTE
» Hand Seals usually need to be performed in an uninterrupted pattern or the skill may fail. Once they get to a certain level, though, the Shinobi are able to perform them under high stress situations (Usually of Jounin ranking and higher.)
BASIC SKILLS
Skills all Shinobi have once they've graduated academy. The ones I'm listing aren't skills done by performing Hand Seals.
» Chakra concentration. The basis for the skills. But it does take a little training to do this well. They can concentrate chakra to specific body parts. It will give them the ability to add strength or latch onto things.
.....¤ For example. Shinobi often will concentrate it to their feet. Which will result in them being able to latch onto specific surfaces (ie: walk up trees, walk on water...etc.). While others may use it as a method to make their punches more powerful.
» Throwing weaponry. Some specialize in weapons. Kabuto does not. (Shuriken, Kunai, etc. he is capable of using. It is unknown whether or not he is capable of using a sword. Though it isn't entirely unlikely, he doesn't carry one with him.)
JUTSU
Used by doing hand seals...this part is bound to develop as I do more research and rereading and...etc. D:
General
Not designated to specific Shinobi. Even if Kabuto hasn't been seen doing it, people on the same level as he is can, so it can be safely assumed he is capable of it.
