Other than that I am good.

And after the rough year I've had, I am so glad to be alive.

We had a birthday lunch for my mother-in-law with the whole family. The youngest niece brought a carton of Girl guide cookies to sell to the family. And the wait staff. And one of the cooks of the restaurant.

Yeah, that cutie has sales skills.

By the way, I bought a box for tfcocs so if you can email me with updated adress I will send cookies asap.

So I am inviting June, Tad and the kids over for dinner (Chinese) and a movie (something kid appropriate for Buddha Monkey's sake).

Sans-soucis is lying in the window sill while the fan blows away the heat of the day. Strawberry-rhubarb pie to be precise. Made it after I finished my chores for the building and while watching Playing by Heart. This is the only movie The Hubby like Angelina Jolie's performance in and it always makes him cry. I like it that Sean Connery is paired with Gena Rowlands, a woman his own age, for a change.
