Thanksgiving dinner was wonderful.

mriswith folks were most welcoming and gracious hosts. "Eat! Drink!" were common phrases at the table. Turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce, and red and white wine, and juice. I even had pumpkin pie, which I don't like unless it's heavily spiced, which is was to suite his folks' Indian palate.

Got to see pictures of his father's pilgrimage and family visit to India. The depth of the gorges, the narrow dirt roads, the speed of the Ganges, the population density and the colourful houses and temples. India is one country on my must visit list if I ever win the lottery.
