Got Mom to watch Anime during my visit.
I picked Mushi-shi and Millennium Actress. I figured those two would work best with her interests in general. She enjoyed them both because of the stories and the beauty of the works.
Millennium Actress got the most chuckles because of the camera guy's reactions to his ever shifting "situation". I know it's sometimes hard to get our parents to watch things we are passionate about but it's a matter of knowing their tastes and just asking for a bit of their times.
