Who thinks eating is troublesome?

Since I was a child I always thought that eating is useless. I mean, what benefit did you get from eating? Just make your stomach full and nothing's more. I never care about good food because I don't even like eating. But then, my father hate this so he forced me to eat everything until I become fat T___T And now, I'm still in the process of decreasing my weight little by little :D

As I stated, eating was troublesome for me so I avoid eating as much as possible. Maybe that's why my diet was so successfull because people usually got shocked to see that I went down from 108 kilos (I didn't know that I was over 100!) to 92 kilos in just three months, while people took more than that to lose weight.

My record for not eating is 2 weeks. At that time, I don't even eat bread or biscuit. I prefer to sleep, to play outside, or stay in front of my computer and pretended that I had eaten while in reality I ate nothing. It was my friend who found out about me not eating (if not, maybe I could get away from eating longer than that lols) so from then on they kept an eye around me. Though now that all of them are currently working, I'm free to do whatever I want and right now, I haven't eat for more than 4 days and my weight went down drastically from 92 to 89. It's scary, and lots of people said that it's not good for my body or that I shouldn't overdo my diet, but that's how I eat all this time.

I eat only once a day (and if I feel it very necessary to eat). If I eat rice, I only eat three or at the most four spoon of rice and I won't be able to eat anymore or I'll throw up. If I eat bread, I can only eat a little portion of it. If I eat noodles, I eat not even half of the instant noodles they usually sold at the market.

I didn't feel hungry or anything but it's true that my stomach was all messed up. I didn't know how much I should eat to feel full anymore. I can feel full even if I only eat one spoon of rice, and I often throw up if I think that I eat too much (even though people kept saying that I ate too little). How my weight went down drastically also got me scared but I don't know how to solve this.

Anyone here has same problem as me? I'd like someone to help me with this though~
