(no subject)
No, I haven't disappeared, I just had no contact with a computer at all over break. I'm back at my apartment now, but without my computer because it had to be sent in to get fixed and I won't get it back for 3 weeks. So I'm borrowing Erin's.
Break was okay, nothing too special. Went down to see my dad and grandmas and sisters on Christmas Eve. That was nice to get to see them again. I haven't been down there in so long that my neices and nephew have no idea who I even am. It's kinda sad. My sisters are doing well though. Heather has a gorgeous house and the kids are getting so big! DeeDee hasn't changed a bit, she's still one of the prettiest girls I know, it makes me sick, hahah. Her little one is getting big too, she's so cute. I guess both my sisters and one of my aunts are working for SBC now and they all have really good-paying positions. I've been considering looking into it myself, but not having any luck finding anything so far. Apparently you have to have a completed college degree (DeeDee never went to college!?!)
Anyway, so Christmas Day was the same old thing, Zack woke us up at an ungodly hour, we opened presents, and I went back to bed until 11. Then we sat around all day doing nothing as usual. On Saturday we took my computer up to Traverse to get it sent in to be fixed, and we did a little bit of shopping. When we got back from Traverse, I called Eric, and he was all whiny because he wanted me to come down and see him, but I told him I had to watch my little brother while my mom went to the doctor on Tuesday. But I missed him and he made me feel bad for not coming down there, so I got Dana to watch Zack for me and I came down to Eric's Sunday afternoon. I stayed there until around 5 last night and then I came back to my apartment so they could have a guys night and watch football and drink. We're going out to a party tonight, and then they're having a party on New Year's Eve, so I'll see him quite a bit more yet before classes start up again. The only problem is that he will probably be either drunk or hungover 90% of the time we're together, so we'll have to see how that goes.
Anyway, I need to get going soon, I'm going to go to the mall to use some giftcards I got for Christmas, and I think I might go to the tanner since I still have quite a few minutes left from over the summer that I never got a chance to use.
