Zoo
I moved off the Rock to look for work. I've had a few leads, but nothing concrete yet. I'm a few weeks away from the despair phase of the job search.
I was glad that I didn't move away until convocation. I can barely remember my undergraduate convocation, but this one was really nice. I hope I can keep in touch with at least a few of my classmates.
Yesterday, I went to the zoo with a friend. I don't know many people here. I'll have to get out and establish a proper social network, but that will probably happen after I find work.
The plan this morning is to make some corn meal muffins for an acquaintance with an aversion to gluten. As long as I can bake, life is good.
