Smileys are the Root of all Evil...

I've spent the best part of a day processing 'Jellybean' books and grasping a barcode reader in my hand. I'm so tired of the monotonous project and so irritated by the beeping of the scanner that I wouldn't complain if the thing exploded. (For the record I'm not entirely sure what a Jellybean book is other than a brightly coloured reader for children. It in now way resembles a jellybean nor does it taste like confectionery.)

I returned home with fierce determination to do some 'catch up' work in order to move the growing pile of things taking up room in my brain.

First it was donation for IFAW (the International Fund for Animal Welfare) which I donate to happily. Then a rather inane survey from someone important person in Canberra about Work for the Dole. This was followed by two letters, a chapter posting and the updating of the website Log.

What has possessed me to suddenly motivate myself to do something productive? The realisation that last night I spent SEVEN HOURS looking up smiley emoticons on the internet. Sure, it was entertaining but y'know overall its just a smidge tragic.

*insert witty smiley that live journal refuses to let me insert*

I need to join Smileys Anonymous...
