Courtney was right. The Clocktower needed to feel like a second home to the team, or they’d never feel like a real team. She’ll have to speak to Oliver about a budget she could use to make the Clocktower have warmer feel to it. Maybe buy a pool table for the guys to play with when they were waiting around or just want to fool around.
Maybe the team could actually start acting as a team… a unit… a family.
Just maybe they could have what the JSA had and more.
