Sometimes I'm more enthusiastic about things than I really am. It's a lovely feeling, having all of my music back. Mac came over again yesterday to see what the problem with my hard drive was and, as it turns out, the replacement part I bought was also faulty. I decided to just borrow Mac's hard drive to transfer all of my folders and things onto my new hard drive and that worked just fine. After all of ( Read more... )

I think I was on the verge of a heart attack last night upon receiving an email from the company who makes my external hard drive. They offered to replace my drive if it was still under warranty, however, if I wanted the data recovered, I had to, basically, pay an arm and a leg.
