Fusion Monster Pictures
Yuri can transform into monsters, everyone probably knows that already. Since he has already done this in the RP, I decided to see if I could find pictures of his various fusion forms so I wouldn't have to describe them each time. I had no luck with that quest, so I grabbed the digital camera and attempted to create my own pictures of them. Said pictures, to put it politely, suck, but they should give you an idea of what all these different forms look like.
First up is the guy you'll most likel see Yuri turn into: the demon Amon.
The text says Neo-Amon because I think that version of Amon looks cooler. But really the only difference is that Neo-Amon has bigger wings than regular Amon.
In game description of regular Amon: "The God of Wrath. Comprising all classes, it has immense power but only lends it to those with strong wills that aren't seduced by the power of destruction."
Next is the Light class fusion Miserati. Yuri used it to help Diva.
In game description: "Archangel of light that manifests for a soul that forgives even the worst sins. His power is not in destruction but in the ability to lead others to good."
Wind fusion Libertis
It has four wings if you can't tell.
In game description: "Wind god born by the soul of complete freedom. The wind from it's powerful rainbow-colored wings seems to sneer at those bound like ants to the ground below."
Water fusion Veneficium
In game description: "Dragon-like water god that resonates with souls that remain cool-headed in dire straits. It has the power to submerge the world in torrential rains."
Last picture is of the most powerful fusion in the game, Dark Seraphim. Yuri only uses this form if he has no other choice.
It's kind of hard to see, but he does have four wings. The other two are just really small.
In game descrition: "With a power exceeding other fusion monsters, the Dark Seraphim lives within Yuri and can emerge when called. It wields total power over death and rebirth."
You might have noticed that I only have five pictures up. Unfrotunatly I wasn't able to get pictures of all the fusion forms, but the three I didn't get are actually the more uncomplicated ones.
I did try to get a picture of the Dark Fusion monster Somnion, but he keeps moving around so much on his description page that he ends up a dark blur. He's basically a much smaller, flying version of Amon, with a wrist blade. His description is: "Archangel of darkness born from the inner conflict between the desire for destruction and the suppression of that desire. It wields the power of the abyss."
Raging Tiger and Ifirt though, the Earth and Fire fusions, are a different story. Those two forms are from the first Shadow Hearts game. They don't have neat little description pages, and I wasn't able to get a clear picture of either of them.
I used Raging Tiger because it happened to be the simplest of Yuri's fusions to describe: it's a were-tiger. I might change it to the Earth fusion found in Shadow Hearts II at some point, but there would have to be a good reason behind the change.
Ifrit though, was chosen because of my own preferences. In Shadow Hearts II Yuri's Fire fusion is a giant suit of red armor with a sword. Since Yuri uses his fists I didn't really get why this form would use a sword. So I went with the first game Fire fusion, a scaly red humanoid figure with four arms.
