A wonderful day!
Reading the title, you're probably thinking, "Does this mean Casey isn't going to go into a giant complaint essay?!?!" Well, if that's what you're thinking, be pleased because: No I am not (for once). Yesterday I had SOOOO MUCH FUN! Well, there was a bit of an extremely shocking moment, but my closer friends will hear that from me...I'm not going to post it on the internet for all to read. MAN was it a shocker...I still can't believe it. Anyway...Yesterday: My dad gave me $500 to go clothes shopping for when I go to Switzerland with him. I almost have all my passport papers filled out. I went Shopping with Shaydey. It was a BLAST. I bought a skirt and another pair of dress pants and a few shirts. There was this dress I tried on...I loved it. Me, liking a dress while I'M wearing it...what are the odds? Well, I was going to buy it...until I looked at the price tag...definitely should have done that FIRST. All I can say is OUCH. It was going to be $448.50 after taxes...hahaha...I didn't like the dress that much. Well, I did...but I'm not loaded and can't afford it. We spent like 6 hours at Masonville. It was great. I also took my paycheck and bought a couple clothing articles for school and whatever. AND...guess what! We bought fake nails! HAHAHA! I told Jamie that I was going to do my nails and he was shocked, he said very loudly into the phone, "REALLY??!?!!!?!?!?!" He didn't sound shocked in a bad way though, so I think it's okay. It took Shaydey and I an hour and a half to glue and shape 10 nails on each...haha. Just don't look too closely at mine...they look great from a distance though! Oh well, first time doing it...it isn't supossed to look great on my first attampt right (I'll just keep telling myself that to make me feel better...) ? I'm considering buying some makeup too. Just some eye stuff...maybe a little bit of cover up. I didn't tell Jamie that one, lol...afraid for my eardrums and his heart (wouldn't want to give the poor boy a heart attack! I nearly gave my dad one when I told him, lol). Well, that's all I have to say for today...pretty good entry though, eh? Short and good! LOL. Sorry about all those complainy ones! Well, I'm off to watch the kiddies. Enjoy the last two weeks of summer!
