Cat Shit One! The Series!
Here is something interesting that I found recently, a new animated series from Japan that is NOT anime. However it does have cute fuzzy bunnies.......who blow away terrorists with a sniper rifles!
The series has really caught my attention. I have to say this is one of the most interesting concepts in media I have seen in a long time. Apparently it is based on a manga series set in Vietnam, however the TV series is set in modern timed during modern conflicts in the Middle East.
The thing that caught me is that the presentation to me seemed very similar to themes in the graphic novel(s) MAUS (a MUST read). For example, an iconic animal portrays a certain group of people. Not only that, there was something more to what was being presented than just some shootout in the desert. This could be an epic with a spin on realistic events and human themes and issues that are going on in the world now. Watch this and read MAUS and you will see where I am coming from.
This is "Cat Shit One", and I hope to hell it gets an English version and comes here in America
