I have put on ~20lbs since last summer. The net effect is worse than it sounds as there has been considerable muscle deterioration. I ascribe this regression into softness to three causes. I've made a handful of abortive attempts at a post in the last week. Back in Albany for one more semester of school. The journey up here was a huge hassle, transportation and delivery to get shit moved must have cost me about $200 all told.
